- আপনার অর্ডারের পণ্যটি পরিবহণের সময় ভাঙা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে।

- অর্ডারটি পরিবহণে হারিয়ে গেছে, এবং প্রাথমিক শিপিং ঠিকানা সঠিক ছিল।
